Once again Hunter had to cut his season short due to injury.  He started the season off strong and was looking forward to a successful season after his win at Escape from Alcatraz.  Just as his fitness was at the highest level it had ever been, he was diagnosed with a stress fracture in his pelvis, an injury only time could heal.  After four months off, he came back healthy and fit to finish the last couple races of his season.  His first race back was in Dallas at the Race to the Toyota Cup finale.  He endured another misfortune and crashed on the bike, breaking his collar bone.  After having surgery during the off-season, Hunter is healthy and strong again ready for a successful 2011 season.
